One Christmas Angel & A Reindeer

Natalie's Christmas was this morning and she was so stinkin' cute singing "One little, two little, three little angels..." I have it on video and will do my best to upload some clips soon. For now you'll have to settle for a couple of pictures.

Harper is 5 months today! The time has flown by. She's loving her jumperoo more and more, although she still has use her tippy toes. She's on the verge of sitting up by herself and she got her first taste of veggies this past month. Sweet potatoes were a big hit, green beans - not so much. Byron thought he was doing something wrong she was gagging so bad. She's been a bit under the weather after our trip to the park but you couldn't tell it by the smiles on her face.

Just a Swingin'

It has been gorgeous here the last few days. Doesn't really feel like Christmas but Nat doesn't care because she can wear her flip flops..LOL

So we headed out to the park in our subdivision, they finally remodeled it and got rid of all the worn-down, splintered wood stuff. However I didn't really think Harper was big enough to swing yet and I didn't bring anything to stuff the swing with, but have no fear, big sis came through.

They both fit! How sweet is this, and I promise Harper enjoyed it too.

Full On Christmas Mode

The stockings are hung, the tree is decorated and we have made our annual trip to Bass Pro to see Santa this year. Boy was that a bust. Nat talked a big game for the last 3 days about how she was going to sit on his lap and ask for a pink computer, some makeup, a mirror and lipstick but come show time she hid behind Byron's legs and refused to sit on his lap. Poor Harper feel asleep on my shoulder during our one hour wait and was very dazed and confused to wake up in some strangers lap but at least she didn't cry.

I was smart though and snapped a quick picture of the girls in their semi-matching outfits before we left.
 Santa 2012
Once we got home and Natalie took a long overdue nap we finished decorating the tree. Notice Mully supervising. He loves to lay under it so I doubt I'll ever put any gifts underneath it.

Natalie only broke two ornaments, not to bad I guess. One was Byron's Redskins ornament  maybe Santa will bring him a new one.

Harper just chilled in her bouncy watching us do all the work.
Natalie had fun posing for Byron and the camera.

Modest Mouse

Could it be that Byron and I have a daughter who is modest? Oh who am I kidding? This child loves to be bare bottom just like Nat did/does. One of her favorites things: laying on her changing table, clothing optional.

At least she is crossing her legs :)

I went in later yesterday afternoon to wake her so we could pick up Natalie and I could have sworn she was sucking her thumb but I really couldn't see. Lucky for me my camera has an awesome zoom, and I was wrong! She was just saying her prayers, sleeping peacefully, without her thumb.

Looking Alot Like Christmas

At least in Nat's room. She was surprised to see a box in front of her room when she got home from school on Monday. She just couldn't wait to eat dinner and put Harper to bed so we could put her "Christmas" together.

I think we may be starting a tradition of decorating trees in just our undies. Only down South could we pull this off since it was almost 70 yesterday.

Christmas 2011 & Christmas 2012

Gotta get that star at the top, she still needed a little help reaching the top, but probably won't next year.

She was so happy she gave the tree a hug!

Oh and our elf is back. Funny little thing rode in on Barbies's convertible.

Happy Thanksgiving

The one and only picture taken over the crazy holiday was with Aunt Amy's phone.

It was your typical chaotic, rush here, dash there holiday with all our families, but I wouldn't change it for the world.

Lazy Sunday

Sometimes you just need a day in your pjs and that's just what these two did all day. If I had to guess they will be thick as thieves before we know it.

Yes that's my almost 4 year old in a bumbo seat. It fits her like a glove :)

I have no idea what they are watching, probably Mickey Mouse, but they both were entranced.
Natalie just loves curling up in Harper's bed. Matter of fact, she almost fell asleep in there at one point. We had to kick her out so Harper could take a nap. Silly girls.
