Pink Princess Party

Say that three times fast. We rented out a deck at Ya Ya's Island and tried to have a 3rd birthday party. It was total chaos but the kiddos had fun and that's all that really matters. They'd eat a bit, play a lot and occasionally Nat would sneak back up to open a gift or two.

20 Questions with Nat

My little pink maniac has officially turned 3. Every time I ask her what she wants for her birthday party all I get is PINK! Literally screamed at me. Pretty generic huh? The party isn't until next weekend but we did celebrate with a little Gigi's deliciousness, in the form of a pink cupcake no less.

My sweet baby, I mean big girl.

Now I want to take the time to share with you a little Q&A with Natalie. I can by no means take credit for this little project. I found it on Pinterest and I just hope I can remember to do it each year. Here's my 20 questions for Nat and her responses at age 3.

Blue Day at School

Well who would have guessed that Nat's first month of school would have a blue theme. This little wildcat in training was more than prepared to show up with her best blue outfit on.

We decided once she got home that day to go ahead and give her her birthday present a day early. We just couldn't resist. It has been in Byron's office for at least 2 weeks covered by a sheet. She LOVES it! She's made us smoothies and cookies all night long.

Dancing Makes Me HAPPY!

All it takes to make Natalie happy: a Christmas tutu, rainbow socks, sparkle shoes and no pants! You can imagine my surprise when she waltzed out into the living room with this little number on. Her personality never ceases to amaze me that's for sure.

Oh and thank you Uncle Nate for the play dough set. We have made cupcakes and ice creams cones so many times I'm just thankful I can't eat them and gain 10lbs.

And my favorite Christmas present...a new table that's actually comfortable to sit and eat at! After almost 3 years we have retired the high chair (that Nat has clung to so dearly) and are now making an effort to eating at the table as a family. She's even saying Grace for us and let me just say it's so sweet it'll make you cry.

Happy New Year to all my friends and family. I hope 2012 holds nothing but great things for all of us!
