You Had Me at Marshmallow

No joke, that's the name of the recipe. Byron came home with a new recipe he was just dying to try on the Big Green Egg. Now I automatically thought he meant some type of meat. I mean what else do you cook on a grill/smoker like that? Oh no, he found a dessert on one of his BGE sites that caught his eye, and with ingredients like Twinkies, marshmallows, Nutella, Reeses Pieces and Heath Candy bars, I can see why.

So here's my best at documenting the process. Cooking time is anywhere from 5-10 minutes, just long enough for everything to get gooey. BGE should be set at 400 and a stove at about 350.

Line pan with foil, spray with Pam. Align Twinkies. We used three, one for each of us. :) Spread on Nutella, the more the better in my opinion.

Stick on some marshmallows, Nat loved helping with this part. She ate as many as she put on top.

Grind up Reeses Pieces and Heath Bar.

Place in oven until marshmallows get a little brown and stuff starts to melt.

Yeah she liked it. There wasn't a drop left on the pan.
